We made it!
D is back home with us. Thank goodness. He had a great week with my sister J and her family. We had a good week here too. Monday was Girl Scouts, Tuesday M had a school project to finish. We ran out of propane on Tuesday night and had to run and get a couple of heaters to stay warm, but it was all good. They came Wednesday and filled our tank. Wednesday we took M out for supper. Thursday M and I went to see Night at the Museum and Friday we went grocery shopping. Yesterday we drove an hour to meet my sister. We met at a mall and had time to eat lunch together before she had to head back home. I cannot thank her enough for taking D for the week. Our sitter is going to start keeping kids again tomorrow with the help of her mom and a friend. The doctor told her no work for eight weeks, but that is just not possible. I will be so happy to get back into a routine. D is so sweet. I have had lots and lots of great hugs and kisses. Only one major meltdown last night and that was because he was incredibly tired. We have a Valentine's project that M has to turn in on Wednesday. Should be fun. She is making a dog out of vegetable cans and a kleenex boxes.
"Lord Jesus Christ, I surrender everything to you - my health, my thoughts, my plans, my desires, my whole life. Thank you for your welcoming arms and loving smile. Thank you, Jesus, for your desire and your power to make me whole".
