Friday Ingredient Five

This was a childhood favorite of mine. Strangely enough, I have never made them for my own children. I am going to do it this weekend. I remember it being such a refreshing treat in the heat of summer. My grandmother used to make them and send us outside to eat them.

Chocolate Fudge Pops

Prep Time:
15 Minutes

Ready In:
3 Hours
Servings: 8

INGREDIENTS:
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup white sugar
3 cups milk

DIRECTIONS:
In a mixing bowl, combine pudding, sugar, and milk. Pour mixture into small plastic cups (if you do not have ice pop molds) and freeze. When set, place a wooden craft sticks into them if you are using plastic cups. Serve when frozen.

MMM this does sound like a nice refreshing treat during the summer months! And seeing as it's been in the 90's - 100's here this is something I need to make!

You can find the popsicle sticks at just about any store in the isle with baking goods or in the isle with craft supplies. The ones that I have bought come in a package with a lot of sticks (I think like 50), but they are cheap. Ice pop molds are probably in the isle with ice cube trays. Hope that helps.
